Unfortunately, some brain-washed individuals think that America is all righteous, great, freedom-loving, perfect, is in Iraq to free the poor Iraqi people and save them from an evil tyrant, etc, etc <insert more BS here>.

Not everyone in the US army is a decent, perfect individual. As new claims of serious misconduct by US troops emerge, remember that American troops are just like those of any other invader in history – they come in, kill civilians, rape women, burn down houses, etc.

I’m not saying that every or even most US soldiers are like that, but a lot of them are. Americans aren’t the “good guys”, America is simply the newest aggressor in history, invading others in an attempt to expand their empire and secure resources. Never forget that.
